Unzip the contents of the archive to the directory that stores are save'y (Application Data). The exact path:
Microsoft Games\Zoo Tycoon 2 \ [ProfileName]
You'll probably have to make backups of files, so that they do not lose.
You can now start the game and load the profile called TNT, so you will be able to unlock access to all levels.
