This fixes the issue with Wild Metal Country showing a window border when in fullscreen mode on Windows 8 and later.
Instructions:
Extract anywhere and run install.bat to install the fix.
This fix works by applying the ForceSimpleWindow compatibility fix to this game's version of WinEnv.exe.
