A science-fiction turn-based strategy game that came out as a reboot of the cult series, UFO: Enemy Unknown, launched back in 1994 by Microprose. This new title was created by Firaxis Games, a studio founded by Sid Meier.

Instructions:
1. Open ToolBoks and select XCOM installation directory (if it's not the default: C:Program Files (x86)SteamsteamappscommonXCom-Enemy-Unknown).
2. Apply desired settings.
3. Run the game.
By default, you will be prompted to backup the files that ToolBoks modified, which are then saved in ToolBoksBackups . This can be changed in the Settings tab.
To completely remove ToolBoks settings, use the backed up files to replace the ones in the installation directories.
UPK files are located in:
XCom-Enemy-UnknownXComGameCookedPCConsole
The other file locations are:
XComGameConfigDefaultInput.ini
XComGameLocalizationINTXComGame.int
BinariesWin32XComGame.exe
Alternatively, you can use the "Verify Integrity of Game Cache..." option in Steam, but this is much slower than the above method.
