Euro Truck Simulator 2 Care Package is a mod for Euro Truck Simulator 2, created by thrive4.
In author’s own words:
The saying goes there are many ways to Rome in this game quite literally and figuratively when it comes to modding this game.
Basically this mod shifts the color palette, reduces the quite pronounced darkness gamma wise and adds a little sharpening in the mix this is based on an unmodded game so if you are using other mods that alter the light or weather you might not get quite the same effect as shown in the screenshots also added smaa so please disable AA in game.
Optionally you can add ao (ambient occlusion) see install for more information however take note....
3dmigoto shader tweaks:
- reduce intensity sun shafts
- increase light lower hemisphere night also in cabin
- global illumination and shadows increase light sun direction
- blur shadows
- sky dome increase presence night and day
- decrease density fog horizon land night and Day
Instructions:
Copy the contents of the zip file to the install folder of euro truck simulator 2, the folder which contains eurotrucks2.exe with exception of the folders:
ao on
ao off
If you want to try the ambient occlusion (ao) copy the 'ReShade.ini' in the folder to the install folder of euro truck simulator 2, the folder which contains eurotrucks2.exe
