Windows 8/8.1 DDRAW FPS is a mod for Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets created by DarthSidiousPT.
This fixes the low frame rate on Windows 8
Instructions:
Copy DDRAW.dll into the folder where the main game executable resides.
Note: If you're using Windows 8 copy the .dll from Windows 8 folder, if you're using Windows 8.1 copy the .dll from Windows 8.1 folder.
