Without a hostile Ottoman Empire at its border, Austria could focus on managing the HRE. They slowly integrate the HRE into Austria. The French revolution still happens, but Napoleon meets a strong HRE/Austria, and loose. Spain and Portugal were never in the war and hold their colonies. (Until they revolt). After the war, Austria declares the HRE useless and puppets the rest of the states, but Brandenburg-Prussia broke free with help from Russia and the UK.
