In Interstate '76 frame rates higher than 30 FPS (24 FPS in some cases actually) cause stuttering, physics and enemy AI problems. This mod limits them FPS to 25.
This mod worls only with GOG.com version of the game and Nitro Pack. If you have retail Nitro Pack you need to use different mod.
