More than 120 young people have died after "euphoria" among huge crowds for Halloween in a popular nightlife area of the South Korean capital.
Emergency officials said dozens of people are currently hospitalized for cardiac arrest after a crowd gathered in Seoul's Itaewon district.
Videos from the scene show body bags on the streets, emergency workers performing CPR and rescuers trying to pull out people trapped under others.
