Unpack the archive contents, run the trainer and then the game. During the game you will be able to use the following keys:
Ctrl + Shift + F8 - Player ID
Ctrl + Shift + F9 - immortality
Ctrl + Shift + F10 - Increased Damage
Ctrl + Shift + F11 - Infinite ammunition
Ctrl + Shift + F12 - Manual input of ammunition
Ctrl + Shift + / - Adaptive Viewfinder
