Unzip the contents of the archive, run the trainer, and then the game. During the game you will be able to use the following keys:
F1 -1000 Studs
F3 -immortality
F4 -power snap
F5 -Poland hits Internet warp speed
F6 -save position
F7 -teleportation to the saved position
F8 -protection against toxic waste.
F9 -invulnerability to bullets
F10 -freeze enemies
F11 -LEGO canisters
F12 -1000 Studs in the SafeHouse of Batman
