Upload the trainer to the directory where the game is installed, run it, and then run the game. During the game, use the following keys:
1 -do not lose life (useful in the mini game with sperm)
2 -unlimited tokens (their number may grow but not decreases)
3 -you can not get drunk (useful in the mini game with coins)
4 -unlimited cash
5 -restores the normal game
