Unzip the contents of the archive, run the trainer, and then the game. During the game you will be able to use the following keys:
F1 – increases by 200% movement speed (impulse drive)
F2 – unlimited Phasers
F3 – unlimited number of command points (only in singleplayer campaign!)
F4 – unlimited shield ships
