Unzip the contents of the archive, run the trainer, and then the game. Press F1 while in the main menu of the game. During the game you will be able to take advantage of the following facilities:
NUMPAD1 – exclusion of necessity of reloading weapons
NUMPAD2 -unlimited amount of Ammo
NUMPAD3 -immortality
NUMPAD4 -infinite number of grenades
NUMPAD5 – unlimited genetic material
