Alt + Numpad 9 - maintenance is not a requirement
Alt + Numpad 0 - maximum level of hospital
Alt + Numpad (.) - maximum reputation of the hospital
Alt + Numpad ( ) - unlock all items
Alt Numpad (-) - Unlock all hospitals
F1/F2/F3/F4 - Money multiplier (2/4/8/16x respectively)
Ctrl + Numpad 1 - 100% accuracy of diagnoses
Ctrl + Numpad 2 - treatment every time ends with success
Ctrl + Numpad 3 - complete all staff/patients needs
Ctrl + Numpad 4 - no vomiting
Ctrl + Numpad 5 - maximum hygiene
Ctrl + Numpad 6 - immediate improvements
Ctrl + Numpad 7 - immediate research
Home - turn off all
