For unpacking files we recommend using a free software - 7-Zip.

Unzip the contents of the archive to the directory that stores your Makefile, i.e.:
C:Documents and SettingsusernameMy My Documents
You'll probably have to make backups of files, so that they do not lose.
Now you can run the game. Click on the buttons turn Single Player and Campaign (single player campaign). Now select the profile called TNT and set it as active (Set As Active). You will unlock access to all campaign missions. For each of them you can proceed by clicking on the button the Replay Mission (repeat mission) and selecting the normal difficulty level. Unlocker unlock also have access to all the awards and movies przerywnikowych.

Note: The cheats and tricks listed above may not necessarily work with your copy of the game. This is due to the fact that they generally work with a specific version of the game and after updating it or choosing another language they may (although do not have to) stop working or even malfunction.
Extra care should be taken with modifications, trainers, and other things that were not created by the game's developers. In this case the possibility of malfunctioning or even damaging the game, which may necessitate reinstalling the game, is particularly high.
