Unzip the contents of the archive (a file that is named WCP2.SAV) to the directory that stores your Makefile. You'll probably have to make backups of files, so that they do not lose.
You can now start the game and load the appropriate player profile- TNT. With this move you will receive additional funds. You will unlock all locations in Quick Play mode.
