Unzip the contents of the archive, run the trainer, and then the game. During the game you will be able to use the following keys:
F1 -unlimited amount of Ammo
F2 -immortality
F3 -indestructible disc
F4 -easier to eliminate opponents
F5 -infinite upgrade points
